Choose the palatial Grand Ballroom with 2,600 square feet of timeless sophistication, perfect for the most opulent events. Gather for feasts and festivities in the Glimmerglass Dining Room, which connects with the Fenimore Room to create our largest venue at 4,095 square feet of space. From small VIP meetings to lavish corporate affairs, we offer flexible floor plans to fit any style of event.

Ballroom

Host a large event, conference, or meeting in our stunning Grand Ballroom with gorgeous views of Lake Otsego. This elegant venue features 20-foot ceilings, fluted Doric columns, lattice-work panels, natural light through large windows, and access to the outdoor terrace.

Glimmerglass

This spacious venue offers stunning lake views and a lot of natural light, making it ideal for special events, meetings, and conferences. It may be combined with the Fenimore Room for additional meeting space.

Fenimore Room

This elegant room is perfect for dinner banquets, classrooms, and conference sessions with flexible layouts for more than 100 people. Windows stream in natural light and offer a new décor aesthetic for privacy. This room may be combined with the Glimmerglass for larger events.

Iroquois Room

This intimate venue is ideal for medium-sized meetings or as a space for vendors, exhibits, and catering when combined with the ballroom. Located next to the ballroom Rotunda, this venue seats 100 people in a theater layout and offers plenty of natural light.

Kingfisher Tower Room

The intimate Kingfisher Room offers beautiful views of the shimmering lake, windows with natural light and access to the outdoor lawn. This meeting venue is ideal for classroom, theater and boardroom style setups for up to 80 guests.

Abner Doubleday Room

This intimate hospitality room is ideal for private dining, small cocktail receptions, or a boardroom style meeting. The venue offers inspiring views of the lake, direct access to the patio and firebar, and a long hallway that may be used for food and beverage service.

Templeton Room

Located near The Hawkeye Bar & Grill, this intimate room is ideal for small banquets, meeting sessions, and private dining experiences. This venue may also be connected to the Pioneer Room for additional space.

Pathfinder Room

This intimate, private space on the Lower Lobby is perfect for small board meetings and private dining for up to 12 guests. The Pathfinder Room is right next to Hawkeye Bar & Grill.

Lake Room

With breathtaking views of Lake Otsego and access to the East Veranda, this elegant space is ideal as a registration area for vendors and exhibitors right outside the ballroom or as a meeting breakout room for conferences.

Council Rock Room

Host a meeting, conference session, classroom, banquet or reception in this intimate, state-of-the-art meeting room on the Lower Lobby Level, which offers privacy and minimal distraction for productive gatherings.

Natty Bumppo Room

Designed for private meetings, small conference sessions, and special events, this space is ideal for a classroom, theater or banquet configuration for up to 50 people.

Four Winds

Featuring lake views and natural light, Four Winds is ideal for smaller meetings and special events for up to 75 guests. It is located in the lower lobby level, right across the Fire Bar.
