Our Hawkeye International Nights series has returned, offering a relaxed way to explore different cultures through food without leaving the comfort of Cooperstown. Every Wednesday and Thursday evening, our culinary team shifts focus from our classic menu to highlight the cuisine and of a different global destination. It's a three-course experience designed for those who love a good meal and a change of pace.

- Argentina | March 4 & 5 We're heading to the heart of South America to explore the rich, rustic flavors of the region. This week focuses on the vibrant culinary traditions that make Argentine-inspired dishes a favorite for those who appreciate a hearty, flavorful meal.
- Jamaica | March 11 & 12 Shake off the March chill with the deep, savory heat of the Caribbean. We'll be serving tender braised oxtail with traditional butterbeans, pigeon peas and rice, and a side of steamed cabbage and broccoli.
- United Kingdom | March 18 & 19 A nod to the refined yet comforting classics of the British Isles. It's the perfect match for a crisp evening in our historic setting.
- Japan | March 25 & 26 The series concludes with a focus on the satisfying textures of Japanese home cooking. Enjoy Tonkatsu—crispy, deep-fried pork cutlets—paired with a rich curry rice and fresh shredded cabbage.
