Join us November 10 at 6pm as The Otesaga's Executive Chef Jim Perillo teams up with Brett Smith, Executive Chef at Brewery Ommegang for a delicious cuisine collaboration. Together, they will prepare an unforgettable four-course menu, paired with Ommegang's award-winning Belgian-style brews. This special event includes:
