Grammy-nominated bandoneon player and composer JP Jofre will join award-winning cellist Tommy Mesa for a concert centered on Argentinian tango music at the Otesaga Resort Hotel ballroom on August 8 at 7pm, the second concert in the Cooperstown Summer Music Festival's August lineup.
