I have been planning meetings and conferences there for the last 18 years. Nothing about the resort is typical, and from the physical environs to AV support to meal service and the generous attitude of the sales and service staff, The Otesaga's invested approach to my meeting's success cannot be duplicated... Service is indeed a strong suit for the resort and is reflected in one of its most unique offerings for groups: a la carte dinner service for groups up to 250 attendees in the Main Dining Room. This is one of the things that I most appreciate, and so do the attendees. With all the different dietary requirements these days, that has become very important.
