Spurbeck's of Cooperstown, NY, supplies us with their renowned aged sharp cheddar, a cheese that truly embodies local flavor. Mill Hollow Maple from New Lisbon, NY, brings the sweetness to our table with their pure maple syrup. Mulligan Creek Acres in Sprakers, NY, provides their "25 Mile Bird" turkey and Berkshires heritage pigs, ensuring that our meats are both flavorful and sustainably raised. Chicory Creek Farms in Mt. Vision, NY, offers free-range chickens and an assortment of heirloom vegetables. Utica Coffee Roasting Co. provides the delicious beans that our gourmet coffee bar, Mohican Market , uses for their freshly brewed coffee. Together, these local providers enable us to deliver menu items that celebrate the rich agricultural heritage of our region.

Hawkeye Bar & Grill offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, perfect for casual dining throughout the day. The menu is a delightful mix of classic comfort food and innovative dishes, and this summer is no exception. With starters including Crispy Heirloom Cauliflower, and main fare like our Gochujang Glazed Crispy Chicken Sandwich and Baby Back Ribs, there's a range of delicious possibilities to choose from. As always, our Butcher's Burger and Stone Fired Thin Crust are popular choices to indulge in as you take in Otsego Lake from the outdoor patio.

For a more refined dining experience, 1909 offers an elegant setting and a menu that highlights sophisticated flavors and culinary artistry. Our destination steakhouse offers an unparalleled summer menu which includes Certified Prime Black Angus Porterhouse, Filet Mignon, Wagyu Flat Iron, as well as seasonal delights like a Miniature Lobster Roll starter and Koji Marinated Breast of Chicken. On Sundays, 1909 transforms to a sophisticated brunch spot, featuring non-traditional breakfast favorites and lunch specialties, including Granola Crusted French Toast and Braised Short Rib Hash.
