National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum

As hallowed as the game it represents, the National Baseball Hall of Fame is an iconic fixture of Cooperstown and one of the sports world's most famous attractions. Drawing over 300,000 annual visitors, this non-profit educational institution features interactive exhibits, special events and digitally-enhanced multimedia presentations, along with classic radio broadcasts, newspaper stories and televised games that allow you to relive baseball's classic moments. It also provides activities for young fans to help foster a deeper appreciation of the sport and its place in our nation's history.

  • What is the policy on photography?

    The National Baseball Hall of Fame & Museum encourages video recording and flash photography throughout the facility. Guests are also welcome to post pictures, videos and audio files online using the museum's free Wi-Fi.
  • Is there parking at the Baseball Hall of Fame?

    Parking can be difficult to find on surrounding streets and is limited to two hours in most areas. The museum does offer limited amount of all-day and hourly parking in the Doubleday Field Parking Lot during the summer months for a fee. That said, the museum recommends that visitors take advantage of the free trolley, which brings visitors from free parking areas to Main Street.
