Chef Gregory Wins Gold Medal At the Ginsburg Foods Culinary Challenge.
The Otesaga Resort Hotel’s Executive Chef Michael Gregory presented his Pan-Seared Haddock & Roasted Shrimp with Lemon Risotto, Swiss Chard and Dill Cream Sauce to recently win the Ginsburg Foods Culinary Expo Challenge Gold Medal at the Hilton Garden Hotel in Troy, NY. He also took home the People’s Choice Award too.
