Every Wednesday evening, now through April 13th, you can enjoy delicious international and regional specialties created by Executive Chef Michael Gregory. All dinners are $15.95 per person. Open year-round, the delicious regular Hawkeye menu is always available. The Hawkeye is located on The Otesaga’s Lower Level overlooking Lake Otsego. You may enter through The Hotel’s entrance off the guest parking area. Families are very welcome. Casual resort wear is permitted.

The Otesaga Resort Hotel has long been one of the local hosts of the Cooperstown Concert Series. Now the Hawkeye Grill, located inside The Hotel, is offering a free glass of house wine with dinner* when you show your Cooperstown Concert Series ticket the night of the 7:30PM show. Located off The Hotel’s Lower Level overlooking Lake Otsego, the Hawkeye serves dinner from 5:30PM-9:00PM every Saturday evening. Families are very welcome and casual attire is expected! You may enter through The Hotel entrance off the guest parking area.

We Got Game!

Our Wild Game Dinner & Cigars, that is.
Thurs. Jan. 27th • 6:00PM-9:30PM

Begin your Wild Game Dinner with a one hour open bar and passed horsd’oeuvres created from a variety of wild game. Next, enjoy an appetizer of Grilled Quail Breast with Basil Butter, Wild Mushroom Blend Rice, and Roasted Peppers followed by an array of Baby Greens with Duck Confit, Dried Cranberry Vinaigrette, Pear Tomatoes and Goat Cheese. Then savor Chef Gregory’s unique Hazelnut-Crusted Elk, Sweet Potato and Yukon Gratin, and Swiss Chard and Baby Carrots with Wild Berry Demi. Then complete your Winter Wild Game feast with a decadent Wild Chocolate Mousse with Seasonal Berries, Whipped Cream and Fresh Mint for dessert. The Otesaga’s private label wines will be served throughout dinner. When all meals are completed, enjoy a variety of ports and cognacs while sampling premium cigars. All for only $89.00 per person. Business casual attire is welcome.
