What time is check in for the guests to the resort?

Check-in: After 4:00 p.m If you arrive prior to 4:00 p.m., you may check your luggage with the bell desk and enjoy our resort amenities until your room becomes available.

What time is guest check-out?

Check-out: Before 12:00 p.m. If you discover you may need a late check-out, you will need to discuss with front desk the day of your departure. We cannot guarantee late check outs in advance. If we are unable to extend a late check-out, you can check your luggage with the bell desk until you are ready to depart.

What is the cancellation policy for room reservations?

Any cancellations from time of booking until 14 days prior to arrival a refund of your deposit less a $55 fee will be applied to the card on file. Any changes or cancellations within 14 days of arrival will result in the forfeiture of your advance deposit. Failure to arrive on the confirmed arrival date will result in the cancellation of your entire stay and the forfeiture of your deposit. Checking out prior to your confirmed departure will also result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Some dates may require a minimum night stay. Other terms and conditions may apply.

Is the Otesaga Resort pet friendly?

Pets are not allowed on property. Guide dogs for blind or disabled guests are exempt from our pet policy. Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort and companionship do not qualify from this exemption under ADA guidelines. Guests looking to board their dogs during their visit may contact one of these local facilities: Breezy Acres Luxury Pet Resort and Dog Day Care (607-965-6811), located 15 miles from the resort. Mossy Creek Kennel (607-264-3933), located 21 miles from the resort.

Are the resort amenities open to the public and non-guests?

For the enjoyment and for the safety of our guests, our swimming pool and other recreational activities (bikes, canoes, boats and paddle-boards) are for the exclusive use of registered guests and are therefore only available to those staying at The Otesaga.

Do you have rollaway beds for guests?

Rollaway beds are available upon request. We request that you let us know at time of booking or prior to arrival so we can have prepared for your arrival.

What is your smoking policy?

All guest rooms, corridors, and public/meeting spaces are smoke-free areas, including e-cigarettes.

What local and state taxes and governmental fees are in added to my room rate?

Currently, each hotel room rate has a 14% tax added. (8% Sales Tax, 6% County Bed Tax).
