This month's theme is Making Meritage. A Trinchero representative guides you through the master blending of grapes as you create a Bordeaux-style wine. Each small-plate food tasting features an accompanying wine. Menu includes Tea Smoked Duck Breast with orange, rosemary, petite greens & gastrique, Pan Roasted Monkfish with truffled celery root puree and roast hen of the woods, Grilled Wild Boar Chop with haricot vert, lardons, and roast garlic jus, and Dessert "Meritage" raspberry petit four with fig shortbread and dark chocolate pot du crème. $50 per person.
