This month's theme is It's Pronounced Will-am-it! (Oregon wines and Pacific Northwest cuisine). Each small-plate food tasting features an accompanying wine. Food samplings include Roasted Hen of the Woods with toasted hazelnuts/watercress/quail egg pair with Domaine Serene "Yamhill Cuvee" Pinot Noir, 2012; Dungeness Crab "Cocktail" with blood orange/carrot, celery & cucumber brunoise/micro celery/EVOO paired with Panther Creek Pinot Gris, 2013; Cedar Plank Salmon with sorrel/baby bib/Enoki mushroom/baby cauliflower/Romanesco/cider soy gastrique paired with Domaine Drouhin "Laurene" Pinot Noir, 2011; and Pumpkin Custard Tart with pear/ginger/cinnamon/hazelnut crust/chantilly cream for dessert paired with Argyle Brut Rose, 2010.
