Winter Cooking Classes, January 27, February 24, March 31

Acclaimed Executive Chef Jim Perillo will guide participants through creating an imaginative dish full of seasonal flavors. All skill levels are welcome; each class will teach a new recipe!

Sommelier Wine Tastings Series, January 30, February 27, and March 27, 5:30pm–6:30pm

Join Sommelier Chad Douglass for exciting new winter tastings, featuring select wines paired with seasonally inspired small plates crafted by The Otesaga’s executive dining team.

The Otesaga invites the whole family to enjoy its famous brunch, including omelets, fresh fruits, salads, meat carving stations, a kids’ buffet, and more, in celebration of Easter Sunday.
