Join Sommelier Chad Douglass to savor delicious wines and small plate samplings. The one-hour event begins at 5:30 pm. This month’s menu is:
- Fennel-dusted Seared Scallops (Blood Orange & Fennel Salad/Crispy Capers/Olives/Pistachios) paired with Francois Montand Blanc de Blancs, NV (Jura)
- Foie Gras Tourchon (New York Cider Reduction/Sea Salt) paired with Moet & Chandon Imperial Brut, NV (Champagne)
- Salt-roasted Orange Duck (Gnocchi/Heirloom Carrots) paired with Charles Heidsieck Rosé Reserve, NV (Champagne)
- Pine Nut Tart (Lemon Rosemary Cream) paired with Drappier Grande Sendrée Brut, 2006 (Champagne)
$45 per person, including tax and gratuity. Reservation required by calling 607-544-2519. You must be at least 21 years of age to attend.
