March Sommelier Series - Whiskey

Join Sommelier Chad Douglass to savor delicious whiskeys and small plate samplings. The one-hour event begins at 5:30 pm. This month’s menu is:
- House-made Charcuterie (Assorted Smoked Meats/Seasonal Accompaniments) paired with Cooperstown Distillery Beanball Bourbon (Cooperstown Distillery The American Whiskey)
- Barley Risotto (Wild Forest Mushrooms/Gremolata) paired with Smooth Ambler Rye
- Coffee Rubbed Rack of Lamb (Caramelized Root Vegetables/Scotch Jus) paired with Cask Strength by The Irishman
- Chocolate Orange Flourless Cake (Caramel Sauce) paired with Clynelish 14 yr Scotch
$45 per person, including tax and gratuity. Reservation required by calling 607-544-2519. You must be at least 21 years of age to attend.
