RATES:
ALL PACKAGE RATES ARE PER NIGHT.
State/Local
Tax: Rates are subject to
applicable state sales tax and county bed tax.
Service
Charge: A $15.00 per person per day
service charge is added to your Hotel account.
($9.00 for children ages 4 & under.) This service charge
is distributed to the room attendant and the dining
room personnel for services rendered.
Deposit
and Refund Policy: A one night deposit
is required prior to your stay to confirm your
reservation. Reservations of five (5)
nights or more require a two-night deposit. The deposit is applicable to the
fulfillment of your designated length of stay.
Failure to arrive on the first day of your
confirmed reservation or departure prior to
your completed reservation will cause a forfeiture
of your deposit. Deposit refund will be issued
if cancellation is received 14 days prior to
arrival, less a $45 administrative fee. No
refund will be given for unused portion of
any Special Package.
Check-Out: Check-out
time is 1:00PM. Incoming guests should plan to
arrive after 3:00PM to ensure room availability.
Pets: For
the comfort of all of our guests, we regret that
no pets are permitted at The Resort. Local kennel
facilities are available.
Attire: Recommended
dress at The Otesaga is resort casual. Jackets
are required in the evenings for gentlemen in
the Main Dining Room.
Smoking: For
the health and safety of all our guests, The
Hotel is a smoke-free environment. |
